Calxo AI is the data controller for this website. For privacy requests, use the contact page or email privacy@mail.calxo.ai.

Calculator Inputs

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser where possible. We do not require an account to use the calculators. If you request an AI explanation, the calculator name, inputs, results, and built-in notes are sent to the AI explanation endpoint so the response can be generated.

Local Preferences and Cookies

Necessary local storage and cookies may remember your theme, recent calculator history, country preference, privacy preference, and basic security settings. If your browser sends Do Not Track, optional analytics and ad measurement are treated as rejected.

Feedback

If you submit a like, dislike, or suggestion, we store the calculator or converter name, page path, rating, suggestion text, submission time, browser user agent, and a short one-way hash of the request source. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or account information in suggestions.

Analytics, AI, and Infrastructure Providers

Calxo AI uses cookieless, anonymized aggregate traffic and calculator-interaction measurement. Where allowed, optional tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity may run by default for traffic measurement, ad measurement, campaign attribution, product diagnostics, heatmaps, and session insights. In the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, these optional tools use explicit consent controls; Google may receive limited cookieless consent-mode signals before a choice, and fuller analytics or ad storage only runs after consent. You can opt out or change your choice at any time through Privacy Choices in the footer.

Interaction events identify the calculator and actions such as use, sharing, printing, CSV download, affiliate CTA clicks, or copying an embed; they never include values entered into a calculator. Calculator query-string inputs are removed from analytics URLs and events. Hosting, security, analytics, database, email, and AI infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, error logs, security events, submitted feedback, contact messages, and AI explanation payloads only as needed to operate, protect, measure, and improve the service.

Retention

Local preferences stay on your device until you clear browser storage. Privacy choice records stay in local storage for up to 12 months unless you change your choice or clear them sooner. Analytics providers retain aggregate, default-enabled, or consented measurement data according to their configured retention settings and privacy terms. Feedback records are retained as long as needed to improve the service unless deletion is requested or a shorter retention period is configured. AI explanation payloads are not stored by Calxo as account records. Hosting, security, and error logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data. You may withdraw optional analytics consent at any time through Privacy Choices in the site footer, by clearing local storage, or through browser privacy controls.
