Pallet Calculator - Cartons per Pallet

Construction/Home guide

How to use the Pallet Calculator

Estimate cartons per pallet from pallet deck size, carton size, stack height, carton weight, and pallet weight limit. The page also explains the pallet grid estimate and shows a practical example: A 120 x 100 cm pallet with 40 x 30 x 25 cm cartons stacks 9 per layer and 6 layers, so 54 cartons before weight limits.

Enter pallet deck size, carton size, stack height, carton weight, and pallet weight limit, then complete any other fields shown in the calculator.
